All of us have a keen personality type that best fits our career choice.

The following testing Inventory will allow you to closely match your personality type preferences to career choice. Upon completion of the inventory, you will be “scored” with four summary letters, in example, E-N-F-J. This short string of letters are like Personality DNA. The letters encapsule characteristics and indicators of your personality type relating directly to your career choice. During a scheduled one hour appointment, the Career Fresh Start Counselor will assist in interpreting your score, as basis for choosing the best alternative to your current employment, college major and career goals.

Of course, your personality inventory results are very informative but not the only source of information useful in career development. Your abilities, attitudes, skills, interests and values, and information about jobs themselves- their availability, entrance requirements and growth potential must be considered.
